The EAL time attendance software (WTR) is an additional module in the complete ATS package. The WTR software uses the same employee, employer and contactor database as the ATS software. This makes it easy to implement this WTR module within organisations that are already using the standard EAL ATS software.

Within the WTR software module it’s possible to manage the presence / absence and present detailed calculation, about the number of employees and contractors. The calculation regarding overtime, medical visits, external time, etc are made automatically by the EAL software based on bookings made via the EAL WTR terminal (see EAL hardware section for more information).
Generating WTR system data:
Implementing the EAL WTR software and hardware will relieve the central administration, for the reason the system data is generated by the employees and contractors themselves.
By using the Time Attendance Registration system, the employees indicate the start and end of their work-time, obviously in accordance with their personal timetable. Furthermore they can determine the reason of their absence, for instance business meetings, doctor visits, vacation, off-days etc. The employee determines, by using the working-time terminal in the right way, the accumulation of the different work-time categories.

Overviews and reports:
Flexible overviews can be generated per person and / or per department. The specific department manager can check and eventually adjust these time attendance accounts. After this the EAL TAR system can automatically inform the employees or contractors via e-mail (SMTP or IMAP connection) or via printed reports.
